Job Description for RPA Analyst I
RPA Analyst I analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining an organization's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, objectives, and functional interdependencies. Being an RPA Analyst I acts as liaison between the business unit and IT department to ensure that requirements are understood and solutions align with business objectives. Documents and maintains technical documentation, specifications, configurations, and guidelines related to RPA solutions, processes, and implementations. Additionally, RPA Analyst I analyzes system performance metrics and feedback to identify opportunities to improve automation processes and functionality. Generates regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of RPA applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager.
