Being a Technical Recruiter III contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews. Extends offers and negotiates compensation. Additionally, Technical Recruiter III initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Manages areas of responsibility to ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
