Manages the gathering of requirements from users and stakeholders and guides development of the overall information architecture. Being a UI/Usability Design Senior Manager works with directors and management to allocate resources appropriately to new products and features. Requires knowledge of visual design and wireframing/prototyping tools. Additionally, UI/Usability Design Senior Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The UI/Usability Design Senior Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.
