The Group Project Manager is responsible for proactively planning work on a creative team against a number of client contracts. You will manage contracts to ensure appropriate monthly revenue recognition, and work with the client teams to develop scopes of work, estimates, and schedules, assign team resources, track capacity and manage team utilization. The Group Project Manager will also be responsible for managing a teams’ Revenue goals for the year in partnership with the Group Account Director. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Trains, supervises, and mentors Project Managers on all aspects of Project Management process and ensures that they are fulfilling all job requirements and meeting expectations.
• Meets with teams regularly to review strengths as well as areas for improvement and skill set enhancements.
• Be fluent in the workflow, hours, and revenue provisions within a client contract. Understand total hours, work term, required monthly burn, hourly rate, markup, etc.
• Work with client team and agency leadership to develop strategic contract plans and set revenue targets per contract. Proactively guide teams to plan and kick-off work in order to meet targets
• Set schedules and work plans that adhere to agency best practices. Modify processes if appropriate and necessary in order to meet delivery requirements
• Estimate jobs within a +/- 10% variance
• Monitor scope changes and document potential impact to budget and timelines
• Audit project team utilization on a weekly basis to monitor workload and ensure accuracy
• Assist in developing scopes for projects, proposals, and project addendums
• Track contract work term and pace, proactively alerting the team to upcoming renewals 
• Proactively suggest changes in process if necessary to ensure delivery of work on time and within budget
• Manage, enforce, and socialize agency processes for optimizing workflow
• Manage and oversee all timelines and PM duties of high touch projects and any incoming pitch/Endeavor work
• Responsible for monthly reporting of estimating accuracy
• Responsible for bi-weekly revenue and capacity planning to agency leadership
• Responsible for updating team and agency leadership on team status towards yearly Sales Engineering/Account Movement goals
