What is the role and where can you add value?

2-10 Home Buyers Warranty®, the leader in the home warranty industry, is currently seeking a seasoned telephone Sales Representative.  We are an inside sales team that make outbound calls to real estate professionals to establish, develop, and grow our business relationships with our largest brokers.  Your all in base plus commission would be $55-75K annually.

The qualified candidate must be a highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual with strong prospecting and cold calling skills. They must also have excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Salesforce CRM), outstanding internal and external customer service and phone skills, and MUST be able to sell!

Examples of Job Duties:              

  • Directly (through phone & email) interact with prospects to sell our products
  • Execute daily sales calls, present at virtual sales meetings and attend networking events to established or prospective clients.
  • Analyze product needs of clients and create solutions to meet or exceed their needs.
  • Cultivate, maintain and increase sales volume within assigned accounts and regions by promoting and selling company products and service.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to our clients by providing first class sales and service.
  • Deliver training (one on one and/or group presentations) to realtors, brokers, industry associations (e.g. board, escrow, title, WCR, and other industry or civic groups or events), and others regarding our warranty and other products/services offered by the company.
  • Create brand awareness and show value for the warranty product.
  • Utilize the company’s CRM tool (Salesforce) to conduct, document and manage all business activities
  • Work shift requirements: Mon – Fri (or based on department/territory/region's calling needs)
  • Other duties as assigned that facilitate sales success


  • Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current and prospective real estate professionals in the assigned market segments to generate new business for the organization's products/services via outbound phone sales
  • Efficiently manage realtor leads through a cloud CRM, Salesforce.com
  • Meet sales goals and minimum calling metrics


  • Successful outbound sales and phone experience required
  • A highly motivated, entrepreneurial, self-starter who is pro-active in increasing sales revenue
  • Must have professional and confident phone/e-mail skills
  • Great organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to work cooperatively with both inside & field sales reps
  • Must be able to sell!
