What is the role and where can you add value?

2-10 Home Buyers Warranty is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our Contractor Enrollment Coordinator team. The Workflow Coordinator will support the overall contractor enrollment efforts by the Contractor Relations team. Responsibilities of this role will include but may not be limited to: creating organized enrollment lists, using online resources and our existing database to screen contractors, obtaining and organizing any missing enrollment paperwork and various administrative support functions as needs arise.

 

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Creation of enrollment call lists through various web sources
  • Analyze lists and pre-screen against databases to remove existing entries
  • Gathering and organizing of enrollment paperwork
  • Varied administrative duties
  • Other duties may be assigned.

 

What skills and experience should you bring to this role?

  • Strong research and documentation skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High School Diploma or GED, 1-2 Years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and training.
