RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team in the relocation of clients’ households.
• Manage moving projects from start to finish of varying size.
• Develop a plan for the customer, assign and communicate tasks to the crew, and lead by example.
• Provide a commitment to making the safety of our client’s belongings your #1 priority.
• Adapt to obstacles and solve problems while balancing your safety, and the time and needs of our clients.
• Ensure the welfare, safety, and success of your mover crew.
• Using creative techniques and tools to reduce physical strain.
• Consistently providing exceptional Customer Service and ensuring communication with clients and team.
• Boosting team morale.

REQUIREMENTS

• Exceptional customer service skills and communication.
• Dependable, professional, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Clean criminal background & driving record (3 years).
• Minimum age of 21 to be considered for commercial driving role.
  • No CDL Required.
• Able to regularly lift 75 lbs without assistance, stand, bend, stoop and climb stairs.
• Able to commute daily to NW Portland, OR.
• Ability to travel inter-state for long distance moving projects.

COMPENSATION

• $18.75 - 21/ Hour Starting Wage.
• $200 per week cash tips on average.
• Performance bonuses, promotions, and overtime.
