2U is hiring Admissions Counselors who will engage students for enrollment in a program from one of 2U's top college and university partners. 

Relationships matter and make service your mission are two of 2U's guiding principles.  These come together when faced with managing difficult conversations, varying points of view and resolving issues across parties.  As part of any customer facing role it is inevitable your responsibilities will include working proactively through complex interactions and relationships. You will be called upon to manage professionally through situations like these to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students and partners and long term relationships.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with potential students
  • Persistence coupled with a passion for education
  • A proven track record of achieving measurable results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven department
  • Expertise in utilizing creative problem-solving skills to overcome any obstacles
  • Ability to guide potential students through the university admissions process
  • Ability to develop relationships with prospective students via phone in a high-volume call environment and via email as needed 

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of phone-based experience in a metrics-driven environment
