What We’re Looking For:

As the Product Marketing Manager at Trilogy Education, your breath will be wide and your impact will be deep. You’ll work across key sections of the product portfolio and several different teams -- Marketing, Admissions, Academics, Partnerships, and more. You’ll become a go-to team member to people across each of those teams, helping them to maximize their impact, and always make sure we’re focused on the value we create for learners and partners.

Your work will be the difference maker in helping students decide to accelerate their career with a Trilogy offering, enabling better products with Academics and better positioning with our go-to-market teams. You’ll produce quantitative and qualitative analysis on labor market dynamics in potential new verticals, build content marketing that helps Marketing & Admissions get the right students into the right courses, and you’ll lead the deployment of in-market tests to find the winning positions in your dedicated verticals.

This job will require both soft and hard skills, force you to learn quickly about a variety of different fields, and challenge your ability to distill and communicate complex ideas and topics. You’re a high-energy, optimistic leader who loves to find the ‘truth’ inside of unstructured problems.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Serve as the "co-pilot" to the Program Lead, who has revenue and P&L responsibility for the entire vertical, shaping the problems and opportunities they focus on
  • Own the development and definition of the learner personas in your verticals, shaping the entire organization’s understanding of who learners are
  • Lead the definition of the right products & positions to build & win your verticals, helping to size the outcomes and product ‘promises’ that are most valuable
  • Define and then manage the deployment of ‘in-market’ tests to test hypotheses about demand & value propositions for new product development
  • Work with Marketing and Admissions to build content and marketing experiences that define the value proposition and market position of our offerings
  • Own the research and mapping of existing and new verticals, understanding certification, accredited, and alternative post-secondary education landscapes and trends in existing and new segments
