3 MEN MOVERS Move Crew Leader Driver (San Antonio TX area) Salary in the United States

Driver/mover Pay: $15.00 an hour and UP depending on experience plus tips

Must be willing and able to drive a large 26'-28 foot box trucks. If no experience, don't worry we will train the right candidate.

This position is for a backup driver/crew leader that will work directly for an already established independent contractor and participate actively in all moves, with the availability to work 7 days a week depending on the workload but with more flexibility.

Must be willing to take on the responsibility of managing crews, supervising jobs, and taking on the role of a Crew leader, while following the leadership and direction of the independent contractor. 

Drivers must be/have: 

• 22+ years of age 
• Minimum 2 years with valid std. US driver's license 
• Safe Motor Vehicle Record. No DWI's or felonies. 
• Able to lift at least 75 lbs, move, push, pull, sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to climb stairs on a daily basis.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment background screening and drug test
• Meet qualifications to become DOT certified
