As the Associate Director of Video Production, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth, strategy, and execution of custom live action production projects from inception through to completion. This includes identifying project scope, clarifying deliverables, anticipating internal, external, and client needs, understanding timelines, and managing vendor, client, and internal communications.
You will be managing a team of internal and external Producers, and partnering with the Associate Creative Directors, as well as the Program Managers and PMs on the team. The Associate Director of Video Production reports directly to the Executive Creative Director.
As the Associate Director of Video Production, you are a standout mentor and coach. You know how to motivate and inspire, but also give tough feedback and help course correct.
