About You

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our internal team. The role reports to the Director of Demand Generation and is responsible for designing and optimizing advanced Salesforce and Pardot instances and providing reports and data-based analysis that will help push Sales and Marketing initiatives forward. The right candidate will have the ability to lead instance setup, data cleanliness, analytics, and marketing attribution; the role requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, be detail-oriented, and to work closely with Sales and Marketing colleagues, as well as remote consultants.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of Salesforce & Marketing Automation
    • Configure the appropriate Salesforce and Pardot solutions to support the business. Develop, test, and integrate new functionality. Track emerging trends in technology that may affect or benefit the company. 
    • Handle on-going customization/ alteration of Salesforce.com (workflow, custom objects/fields, lead management)
    • Modify the system to increase benefits and usability for Sales and Marketing, and increase automation
    • Document processes to ensure data cleanliness and consistency
    • Maintain and develop integration with Google Analytics
    • Provision platform assets for use in campaigns (emails, landing pages, forms, segments campaigns, files, and images, including archiving)
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to develop actionable reports/dashboards to optimize lead generation, lead qualification, lead nurturing, and sales processes 
    • Work with CFO and other business stakeholders  to uncover trends and financial impact on business
    • Adjust and refine reports and reporting cadence based on Marketing, Sales, and Executive needs
    • Provide analysis based on regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly) reports on lead types, marketing campaign attribution, customer segments, etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams in the development and implementation of key demand creation, automated nurturing, lead scoring, and lead management programs.
  • Engage in quality assurance of campaigns using testing and analytics tools to ensure deliverability, accuracy and best user experience for all communications
  • Develop and maintain quality control checklists and procedures to ensure error-free campaign launch
  • Process documentation

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce and Pardot
  • At minimum, basic HTML and SOQL knowledge and familiarity with iframes, javascript and other coding languages a plus. 
  • Ability to understand end-goals and work with a team
  • Detail-oriented self starter.
  • Experience in data review and distillation, report creation, and analytical problem-solving
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under deadline
  • Desire and ability to learn new skills 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a B2B environment
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification is a plus
