About You

3Q Digital is seeking a skilled Solution Architect with a deep understanding and genuine passion for technology. You will have the right mix of technical and business management skills to deliver comprehensive solution plans in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this Solution Architect role, you should be an expert problem solver with a strong understanding of the broad range of software technologies and platforms available in the digital advertising space. You will help shape design choices and set technical standards as part of a cross-functional team.

You’ll be responsible for: 

• Own the Data and API technical architecture design, documentation, standardization and prototyping for high-demand and high-visibility proprietary platforms
• Create and maintain scalable architecture designs that will be leveraged across multiple platforms and solve for shared needs across business requirements and tools
• Build subject matter expertise and stay current in all relevant Digital Marketing APIs and media campaign automation
• Collaborate with the technical project manager and product owner to interpret user needs and refine software requirements
• Lead technical discussions with key technical stakeholders to ensure exceptional delivery
• Locate and direct resolutions for critical issues related to software interface
• Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and promote a robust collaborative environment that develops agreeableness, trust, experimentation, creativity, and innovation
• Contribute to the decision-making process paying particular attention to system integration, sustainability, and feasibility

You’ll need to have: 

• 2 years of experience in a similar role, working with various API architecture and design
• Must have knowledge of API best practices and performance tuning
• Experience with distributed services on different hosting providers
• Experience with SQL (Snowflake, Azure) and data extraction, transformation, and storage processes preferred 
• Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of software development
• Solid understanding of a variety of programming tools and development platforms
• Knowledge of digital marketing process across digital media strongly preferred
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to break down highly complex technical ideas into understandable concepts for stakeholders without a development background
• Highly driven to deliver outcomes by owning the success, failures, and learnings of your programs
• Experience in technical documentation development and presenting technical content
• Experience working independently as well as managing multiple concurrent projects
• Be detail-oriented, positive, and motivated
• Analytic mindset, to support decisions with data, and the ability to make data digestible for varied audiences
