JOB SUMMARY:
The New Business Case Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the insurance applications go through the new business and underwriting process from submission to issuance in a timely manner. The New Business Case Coordinator will facilitate and resolve problems and issues that arise during the application process. You will work closely with the Ensurem sales, licensing and accounting teams to drive closure to pending applications, provide regular status updates and respond to questions regarding case status.
