JOB SUMMARY:

Support Retail Partner sales and office staff in the explanation, application, and completion of lease to own transactions.  Will interface with store salespeople when a customer needs information on Lease To Own financing or is ready to make application.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Explain Lease To Own program to customer
• Take applications from customer
• Review lease contract and work with customer to sign documents
• Explain Protection Plus program
• Follow up with customer to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES

• Bi-lingual professional proficiency: English/Spanish
• Basic computer understanding (MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

• No minimum requirement
