JOB SUMMARY:

Are you a natural relationship builder, skilled in establishing rapport quickly? Do you have strong closing abilities with a genuine desire to help others? Are you accountable and results-oriented? As an Account Executive, you will assist people in need of cash by offering liquidity and optionality to those prospective sellers who have guaranteed or life contingent structured settlements, annuities and/or investment annuities. Your responsibilities will include managing and qualifying pipeline leads while ensuring progression of opportunities through the sales cycle, executing sales initiatives and meeting sales goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist people in need of cash by offering liquidity and optionality to those prospective sellers who have guaranteed or life contingent structured settlements, annuities and/or investment annuities.
  • Managing and qualifying pipeline leads while ensuring progression of opportunities through the sales cycle, executing sales initiatives and meeting sales goals.
  • Developing strong relationships with structured settlement/annuity recipients to buy future payment streams
  • Determine customers' financial needs and sell structured settlement solutions
  • Utilizing database to find new business
  • Managing the entire process from beginning to end

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES

  • Previous sales experience

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of sales and mortgage experience
  • Bachelors degree (4-year college) required
