JOB SUMMARY:

777 Partners is seeking an SAP Project Manager to join our IT Enterprise Applications Team based out of our Headquarters in Miami, FL and/or White Plains, NY. The ideal candidate must have extensive enterprise systems project management experience, with experience in the delivery of SAP S/4 HANA systems.  Financial Services, Banking and Insurance industry experience highly preferred. This role will collaborate closely with our Finance and Treasury stakeholders, driving the implementation of new capabilities, supporting strategic initiatives, and providing day to day operational support

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive project management processes (including scope, schedule, risk, issue, resource, and budget management)
• Develop and maintain integrated project plan, status reports, risk and issue log, and other project related artifacts
• Facilitate the definition of the project scope, milestones, tasks, deliverables, and resource requirements
• Manage functional Support Team in writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing and implementation of automated solutions
• Manage and track development efforts: building of mock ups, SAP configurations, testing and cutover activities
• Continually identify, prioritize, monitor, manage and mitigate project risks
• Track project metrics (e.g. scope change requests, earn vs. burn, schedule variances and business engagement) to monitor execution
• Manage and prepare project status reporting
• Proactively manage and communicate system updates, outages and root cause analysis reports
• Ensure business inclusion throughout the management of the project charter, schedule, project decision making and training

• Project management skills to optimally deliver complex projects in 777 Partners’ fast-paced, diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Project Management experience working within the SAP S/4 HANA ERP capabilities

• Demonstrated critical thinking, resource management, problem-solving skills and competencies that drive results
• Ability to manage & prioritize work as per business criticality and track actuals to budgeted goals for efficient status updates.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills, and efficient time management ability.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive consensus with key stakeholders
• Strong customer focus and decision-making skills

• Strong experience with packaged and custom systems development and support

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Hands on Project Management experience to plan, evaluate, estimate development and implementation of SAP projects
• Experience in Program and Project Management - PMP, Agile, Scrum Master
• Experience using project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile)
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP Finance experience
• Minimum of 3 years in S/4 HANA ERP solutions
• Experience in managing teams across multiple stages of the project delivery lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects to successful completion while maintaining success across multiple concurrent projects
• Experience with Data Clean-Up, Consolidation and Conversion (from Legacy to S/4Hana) efforts
• Experience with Reporting and Data visualization enablement efforts
• Financial Services industry experience strongly preferred

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

• SAP Activate Methodology Project Manager - Certification is preferred
• PMP (Project Manager Professional) - Certification is preferred
• ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) - Certification is preferred
• SAP S/4HANA - Certification is preferred
