7PARK DATA Product Manager, CRE Salary in the United States

The Product Manager, CRE will be joining a team of highly motivated product managers, marketing managers, data scientists, software and data engineers, and research analysts who share a common goal to develop must-have data products. This product manager will be responsible for leading and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our product suite into our Commercial Real Estate group – including but not limited to reporting, dashboards, and visualizations. Our technologies and data power the insights for financial services and corporations.

Responsibilities:

• Identify the needs of customers through user research, stakeholder collaboration, and analysis of data
• Own the roadmap of products and features to meet customer needs and drive customer acquisition and retention
• Identify critical unmet client needs and prioritize product development efforts to meet those needs – via qualitative and quantitative analysis; build business cases to facilitate decision making
• Translate the business problem into actionable deliverables for the engineering, research, analytics team.
• Become the subject matter expert for the CRE product
• Drive product decisions for any machine learning/advanced analytics initiatives
• Work as a conduit between the sales, marketing and engineering teams to help move the product forward
• Educate the customer facing teams about new features and functionality created by the engineering team
• Monitor competition to generate insights that can guide and influence the product roadmap
• Create client and internal documentation to help guide future colleagues in learning about the product
• Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company
• Identify and implement tool and process best-practices that enhance the quality and speed of our output
