Position Overview
We’re looking to hire a Content Strategist to join the Inbound team. Whether it’s crafting a multi-touch email lead nurture strategy for prospects, planning workflows in a marketing automation platform, or writing engaging email and landing page content, the Content Strategist will be the go-to team member for leading Inbound content strategy and communicating it to their clients. 

Help us define a lead’s path down the funnel for our clients and continue to delight and re-engage their current customers. Bring a mastery of email marketing, Inbound strategy, and enticing content to each client project across industries.  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work directly with 829 Studios’ diverse client roster to develop multi-email workflows for different audiences and email lists, nurturing prospects and engaging customers, across a variety of platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Active Campaign. 
• Produce content for email copy and associated marketing campaigns as a part of your Inbound marketing strategy.
• Coordinate with other members of 829 Studios’ Inbound team and other online marketing teams to ensure overall performance of client projects/campaigns.
• Conduct the necessary research to understand a client’s brand and voice.
• Work directly with your clients during regular meetings to convey your strategy, answer questions, and brainstorm new ideas. 

Must-Haves

• 4 years of professional Inbound and email marketing experience— bonus points for agency experience
• Passion for writing and storytelling (writing samples a must, especially if they’re relevant to workflows and campaigns you’ve developed in the past)
• Experience assembling content initiatives from ideation through implementation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A genuine curiosity and ability to actively participate in client meetings
• Enjoy active research and developing your skills for a variety of projects for clients in different industries
• Exceptional time management and organization skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment

Nice-to-Haves

• HubSpot Inbound certifications or equivalents in other marketing automation platforms
