Overview

We’re looking for a full-time Design Strategist to join the Digital Marketing team. If design is your passion and you’re not afraid to let your nerd flag fly, then we're the people for you. You are on a mission to create experiences that are as intuitive as they are delightful. You have a thorough understanding of digital marketing and web design/development, work well with others, and know how to keep the momentum going throughout a project. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead in the creation and development of social media graphics, videos, animations, banner ads, email templates
• Lead in the development of online marketing campaigns
• Concept and develop creative ads while following brand guidelines and best practices

Must-Haves

• Strong creative and graphic design portfolio
• Strong Adobe Photoshop CC skills
• Strong Adobe Illustrator Skills
• Some After Effects Skills
• 2-3 years of digital design experience
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude and a sense of humor
• Strong desire to learn new skills and continue career growth
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment

Nice-To-Haves

• Familiarity with Facebook Business & Google Ads platforms
• Knowledge and/or passion for Social Media, digital & mobile trends, and shareable content
• Experience with HTML5 Animation
• Landing page design and development - HTML, CSS and WordPress

COVID Update

While our Back Bay office is open with social distancing and hygiene practices in place, the majority of our team is currently working from home. You can choose to work on-site or remotely for the foreseeable future. We do prefer candidates who will eventually work on-site in our Boston office.

While our office is open with guidelines for social distancing, hygiene and capacity, we are encouraging our team to work from home for the foreseeable future. We have no plans to require on-site work and have no limitations on working from home. We do intend to resume on-site work eventually when it is safe to do so.
