We are looking for an AdOps Coordinator to implement and execute integrated media campaigns.  The AdOps Coordinator supports all day-to-day ad operations for assigned accounts, including full campaign management, implementing process and timelines, and aiding in reporting and analytics. Responsibilities

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

  • Manages the IO (insertion order) creation, routing and document execution process
  • Manage set-up and day-to-day campaign maintenance including campaign/site tracking, media trafficking, testing, ad campaign scheduling and organization
  • Monitoring new media placement launches, which includes QA of implementation, tracking & reporting

ASSET TRAFFICKING

  • Works with Program Manager and internal creative teams or client to receive artwork in a timely manner
  • Partners with Media Strategist to screen incoming creative for accuracy and gain file approval to move forward
  • Creates tracking tags and releases assets to publishers, updating HTML files and/or publisher submission forms as needed
  • Routes for client approvals and manages feedback with external media partners
  • Proactively identifies solutions for trafficking issues and overall process improvement

REPORTING

  • Requests performance data from publishers and collaborates with media strategist on reporting

CLIENT SUPPORT 

  • Routes creative for client review and manages any client revision requests
  • Works with client, internal team and partners to set up placements and troubleshoot technical issues with tracking and measurement

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT 

  • Proactively manages a high-volume of client assets with competing timelines and unique processes
  • Ownership of process and deadlines for delivery of creative assets to internal or external teams for on-time launch
  • Ownership and maintenance of campaign and trafficking documentation for all campaigns
  • Help support project plans, calendars and media launches to keep tasks on time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in marketing, communications or business management
  • 1-3 years of digital ad operations experience
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Google Campaign Manager a plus
  • Nice to Have: Knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics & Google Ads, Display & Video 360 or other DSPs & social platforms such as Facebook & LinkedIn
