Our program management team is looking for an organized, committed, high integrity, full-time Project Manager with 2+ years of experience driving client projects from concept to successful delivery. 

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Primary point of contact for project execution across a broad range of accounts
• Ability to lead internal team toward common goal of delivering excellent work for our clients
• Develops and maintains project schedules that incorporate key milestones and dependencies
• Manages program requirements and deliverables to scope
• Orchestrates team to deliver projects on time, on budget and on brief for our client partners
• Leads internal status meetings, internal creative reviews and weekly financial reviews
  • Facilitates project set up for internal team across all tools (Smartsheet, 10,000ft, Basecamp, Salesforce, Microsoft Sharepoint, Slack)
• Recommends workflow processes and best practices for project delivery on assigned projects
• Establishes trust with internal team members, clients and key stakeholders

Resource Management

• Maintains up-to-date data in 10,000ft to ensure accurate forecasting across all projects
• Assembles cross-functional resources, while staying mindful of team bandwidth and workload
• Demonstrates conflict resolution and uses real-time problem solving for talent shortages

Financial Management

• Maintains up-to-date earned revenue (ER) across owned projects via SOW trackers, Salesforce and 10,000ft
• Manages project profitability to SOW through regular review of budget trackers
• Minimizes risk by proactively identifying problems before they impact financial results
• Partners with Client Engagement to manage financials and ensure overall project health

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree – preferably in marketing, communications or business management
• 2+ years managing digital production and media projects, preferably in an agency environment
• Experience with web and digital technologies and processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with competing needs
• Impeccable communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong ability to problem solve and reconcile conflict
• Preferred Knowledge/Skills  
  • Competency in tool stack that includes:  Smartsheet, 10,000ft, Basecamp, Salesforce, Microsoft Sharepoint, Slack

• Salary range of $60,000-$70,000
