A2 HOSTING Marketing Affiliate Manager (Remote) Salary in the United States

Summary: 

The Affiliate Manager is responsible for profitably growing the partner and affiliate program by generating new customers and revenue through the existing affiliate network as well as onboarding new affiliates. The Affiliate Manager, working alongside the Marketing team will aid in high quality project planning and execution on a range of Marketing projects and initiatives including but not limited to website/buyflow conversion improvements, SEO, and advertising.

• Recruit new affiliates and partners in targeted, systematic fashion
• Work with other marketing team members to plan and launch campaigns involving affiliates
• Maintain and grow relationships with partners to profitably grow programs as aligned with company growth strategy
• Manage the affiliate budget including custom commissions to ensure the optimal balance of new customer acquisition and competitive positioning as aligned with the company’s growth strategy and profitability goals
• Manage relationships with top affiliate partners in conjunction with the Marketing team
• Grow new customers and revenue from new and existing affiliates via planned programs that engage and increase current affiliates’ sales
• Create and execute on new affiliate campaigns and activate new affiliates
• Manage partner and prospect CRM systems
• Win over existing quality affiliates from primary competitors to generate new quality leads from customers likely to renew
• Maintain the existing affiliate program by timely attention to managing payouts, new affiliates, requests for updates, and other daily program maintenance activities.
• Combat fraud and abuse in the affiliate program through regular monitoring, and take considered, prompt action to rectify abuse
• Coordinate communications and affiliate reach-out and maintenance with other Marketing team members on an as-needed basis
• Maintain accurate and detailed reporting on the affiliate program overall and individual affiliates

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years Marketing experience
• Minimum 4 years Affiliate Marketing experience preferably in the web hosting or a related SaaS industry
• Minimum 3 years ecommerce website management experience
• Minimum 2 years CMS experience (WordPress and/or Expression Engine is a plus).
• Strong organizational, project management, and relationship management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong design aesthetic
• Experience managing outside contractors and vendors.
• Experience with WHMCS is a plus
• Experience with PostAffiliatePro is a plus

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
