Job Summary
This position exists to provide maintenance services to our clients that have a gate maintenance contract through scheduled preventative maintenance, emergency services and other client needs
Essential Functions:
Conduct preventative maintenance on gates for clients with contracted services
Provide emergency gate repair for clients with contracted services
Provide similar assistance with access, camera and s conduct preventative maintenance on gates for clients with contracted services.
Provide trouble shooting and repair for damaged or malfunctioning gates for clients with contracted services
Provide similar assistance with access, camera and similar systems
Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records

Education, Skills, Competencies, Certifications, Licenses:
One year experience in gate operator repair and installation or welding experience
Use of basic hand tools and manual labor
Strong attention to detail
Mechanically-inclined; Safety oriented
Clean driving record and ability to pass background check/Drug test
High School diploma or GED equivalent (required)
