Summary

Supports the design, execution analysis and communication of Voice of Member and/or qualitative and quantitative market research programs and ad-hoc projects.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for formulating reports, interpreting data and producing insights and recommendations.

• Manages relationship with vendors on a day to day basis.

• Accountable for Member Insights support to selected AAA business units.

Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required

• 3-5 years' experience in VOC, Qualitative and/or Quantitative Market Research roles - either client and/or vendor side

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

Works in an office environment sitting at a desk, table or computer workstation for extended periods of time.  May travel by car, plane or other form of transportation to attend business meetings or conferences. Approximately 50-80 percent of the time spent on the job involves the use of a personal computer.
