ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
This position supports warehouse and logistics with on time ordering and fulfillment of parts and materials for installation jobs, service tickets, stock replenishment and other support request. Managing dealer inventory support and inventory control by working with dealer for proper stock levels and current on hand inventory. Supports office ordering and invoicing as needed or requested. Helps maintain warehouse stocking levels, inventory management and general upkeep. Vendor and customer support. Supports staff when warehouse manager is not available.
RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES:
Reviews purchasing email inbox for Dealer request, parts issuing, additional replenishment requests and dealer acknowledgement of inventory receipt. Creates transfer reports to replenish dealer inventory and verifies with dealer
Reviewing Inventory manifest submitted by dealers; comparing current on hand inventory recorded in system to counts provided by dealer, will assess and work with dealer to investigate discrepancies, allocating or issuing to depts. as needed per procedure
Reviews Purchasing email inbox for parts request for Service tickets and Install Jobs, with review of Job queue for Install and SAFE orders to best determine method of fulfillment; utilizing warehouse stock or creating and submitting purchase orders for items not in stock or not regularly stocked in the warehouse
Stock and Expense part ordering; checking stock levels of parts needing to be ordered, verifying validity of Min/Max stocking levels, creating and submitting purchase orders, tracking status of fulfillment from vendors. Will Call invoicing and ordering as needed or requested by accounting
Assisting with cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy of on hand stock and proper stocking levels; reviewing parts to ensure they can be used before their warranty period has passed
Maintain 5S procedures and upkeep of warehouse; sweeping, general cleaning and assisting with stock location and put away of stock and material ordered for jobs/service tickets
Supporting other areas/positions in warehouse as needed

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• 2 -3 years’ experience warehousing and logistics (or equivalent with inventory management)
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
• High School diploma or GED (required)
• Basic computer knowledge and understanding (required)
• MS office & GSuite (desired)
• Exceptional customer service skills (required)
WORKING ENVIRONMENT/ MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical requirements; standing, sitting, bending and lifting, need to be able to lift and carry 25 pounds (up to 50 pounds), Long periods looking at a computer screen.
