HR Associate provides advanced administrative support to Corporate Human Resource organization and others as assigned. May provide back up support to higher-level management as needed.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities include all administrative functions of the department: answering phones; calendar management; scheduling travel; providing assistance for annual processes (e.g. -talent management process, goal setting and scoring), processing division wide award programs, processing expense reports; preparing presentations from source materials.
  • Generate and analyze employee related system reports. Analyze data to spot trends and/or anomalies. Consolidation of quarterly reports and ensuring compliance with all defined deadlines.  
  • Process Executive Limo and Temporary Administrative Program reservations in all scheduling systems for all clients as needed. Requests are taken from phone calls, voice mail, email, fax, and scheduling applications.  Provide Executive Auto support for vehicle maintenance and registration. Assign drivers and generate reports.  
  • Follow-up and research basic answers to HR requests from employees and/or managers. Uses established network of individuals to fulfill requests.  
  • Provide administrative support for group meetings (note taking, material preparation, logistics details).
  • Uses intermediate to advanced software skills to perform work assigned.
  • Uses and understands Microsoft Office Suite and other business-specific software; including the Corporate HR System (Workday), Job Description Database.

Position Accountability / Scope:

  • Consistently interacts with high-level executives - requires a high level of customer focus, attention to detail, and balancing of multiple tasks
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge and understanding of business processes and requirements
  • Frequently handles confidential or business-sensitive information. Data is typically employee-level or one-dimensional
  • Proactively identifies and resolves scheduling conflicts
  • Primary point of contact for manager’s schedule

Minimum Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred

Minimum Experience / Training Required:

  • 5+ years previous admin experience or equivalent
  • Operates with general instruction and some supervision
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Visio or OrgPlus, Outlook, and Workday
