WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are recruiting for a Change Specialist II located in St. Paul, MN. You are responsible for quality checks, change manager activities and implementation of change orders in the designated PLM and ERP system. Your focus is on document and part changes. This includes communication with team members and other functional areas on issues identified and to provide feedback on compliance.
Responsibilities:
Change Master
Material Master/Material Extension
BOM
Routers
Inspection Plan
Completes Quality Checks in PLM system basic document structuring (establish parent/child relationships in PLM system), attachments and approvals.
Implement tasks based on the scope of the change to the affected documents and parts
Accept Track Changes and delete comments
Use basic Microsoft Office applications
Updates fields in PLM and ERP systems
Completes ERP Product Configuration updates
Create document and part objects in the PLM and ERP systems
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Required
HS Graduate or Equivalent
2-4 years of experience in a Document/Engineering Change Control role, preferably in a regulated industry
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Able to enter data in PLM and ERP system provided by Change Orders
Intermediate knowledge of systems (PLM, ERP)
Must have strong interpersonal skills
Able to contribute to a department or cross-functional problem-solving team
Ability to work in a geographically diverse business environment
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate with Change Managers, Documentation Services staff, and other functional areas
Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in timely manner
Strong organizational and follow-through skills, as well as attention to detail
Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
