Our location in Kansas City currently has an opportunity for a Clinic Solutions Consultant within our Toxicology business unit. This role has direct responsibility for managing the Toxicology Regulatory Affairs Department in North America (and other regions as applicable). The position of Clinic Solutions Consultant is responsible for fully onboarding all clinics into the eScreen Provider network to support the partner relationship. This role sits in our Rapid Diagnostics Division, and Toxicology Business Unit.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
IMPLEMENTATION AND AUDIT RESPONSIBILITIES (80%)
- Completes onsite audits of current clinics, exercising discretion and independent judgement in the condition of the clinics and making correction recommendations to both the clinic and internal recommendation for course of action needed.
- Audits of current network partners ensuring compliance, regulatory, and quality measures including: hospital groups, corporate clinics, occupational health, and independent drug testing facilities.
- Prepares detailed written results of oversight audits by communicating findings, areas of concern and recommendations for improvement, including corrective action requests in accordance with eScreen policies and procedures.
- Conducts closing meeting with clinic personnel to give overview of completed compliance audit.
- Communicates recommendation of audit findings and recommendation with all key stakeholders.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Educates new clinics on sales and marketing strategy to implement partner solutions through clinic and client portals to drive revenue goals.
- Works extensively with new clinic partners to successfully onboard clinics into the eScreen network including, but not limited to:
- Installation of systems.
- Regulations – education of the regulations for DOT, NON DOT, quality checking and logging.
- Sales and Marketing - educates the sales & marketing contact in the clinic to demonstrate and implement the partner solutions through clinic and client portals to optimize revenue results.
- Client Listing - determines partnership commitment for the local client base.
- Serves as the subject matter expert on eScreen software platforms, technology and services.
- Compliance - performs clinical evaluation of the quality and compliance of the clinic facility.
- Billing - educates clinics about the billing process of invoicing and auto-reimbursement for various service scenarios.
- Reporting – demonstrates the reporting features in eScreen’s clinic web portal.
- Conducts in-house testing on programming, quality control, and other departments as new products are qualified and launched.
- Provides ongoing client support for 30 days post implementation date.
- Maintains a deep understanding of the product and speaks with clinics about the most applicable uses relevant to specific business needs.
COMPLIANCE (10%)
- Assists providers in achieving and maintaining quality compliance for the eScreen network.
- Educates clinics on the state compliance regulations for quality testing requirements.
- Performs client outreach when necessary and as needed.
- Works with Medical Examiners (“providers”) to explain regulatory requirements for the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration (FMCSA) to report to the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME).
- Completes all department standard operating procedures and appropriate documentation as required and in accordance to quality control.
ADMINISTRATIVE (10%)
- Coordinates shipment of equipment, products, supplies, and coordinates all details of onsite training sessions.
- Creates and maintains structured and organized records for each client per FDA documentation requirements.
- Completes all department reports and required administrative duties.
- Attends and participates in all required company and team meetings.
- Works with the department management on special projects, rolling out new products and services, piloting new processes, and providing support across a specific client base.
- Works with Medical Review Officers (MRO) to establish their role in eScreen’s clinic web portal, and explains the function.
- Completes final report card of the evaluation of the clinic onboarding process.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required.
- Experience with training, implementation or coaching on software solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of products, services and sales techniques.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
- Must be a strong communicator with a passion for consulting, educating, instructing, training and working with individuals or groups of people.
- Must be able to advise and consult with all levels of the Provider Network.
- Must be able to exercise independent judgement and offer recommendations and course of action.
- Must be a technology-minded person who can install (and trouble-shoot) basic PC components, printers, iPads, Internet connections, WIFI and other common technology components used to run Alere eScreen software.
- Must be able to coordinate travel to and from clinic locations (including planning airfare, rental car, hotel and other transportation as needed).
- Must have strong time-management skills to be able to travel and also complete administrative duties, attend conference calls and balance pre- and post- training coordination with clients as needed.
- Must have good phone skills in order to effectively train via phone and coordinate future trainings with new and existing clinics.
- Must have the ability to plan travel schedule weeks and months ahead in order to coordinate the most cost/time effective trips while meeting the demands of the clinics.
- Must be a cost-conscience individual who can travel within the expense guidelines set forth by the company.
Preferred
- MIS or business degree preferred.
