Role is responsible for Contractor/Guest orientation process and general Administrative activities.  Examples include:

• Registration and set up of Web Based Orientation (Brainshark) for each outside maintenance and construction contractor employee
• Works with Lenel and Quick Base systems to enter outside maintenance and construction contractor employee information
• Confirms security clearance and prints and issues security badges & parking stickers
• Monitors / maintains record retention
• Calendaring
• Travel Reservation/Expense Reports
• Assistance with presentations and communications to department

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Years of Experience

1 plus years of admin experience

Qualification

Operate with general instruction and some supervision

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite required.

Experience with Brainshark and Avetta contractor systems are required.

Experience with Lenel security software required.
