The primary function of the Curriculum Designer, EP Therapies is to drive the Education strategy & development in support of product launches & continuing Education on a Global basis. In this role, it is clinical to implement interactive, experiential & blended learning techniques to effectively educate & upskill Abbott’s Electrophysiology field sales & clinical support teams. Close collaboration with Global Product Marketing, Product Development, Program Management, Core Teams, Education Operations & Global Education Team members will be imperative. This role is responsible for vetting & recommending resources that promote innovative, efficient & effective methods of content creation which support cutting-edge learning principals with an emphasis on content that supports a virtual environment.
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the Curriculum Designer will be expected to spend 20-30% of their time supporting content delivery. This may include; didactic, hands-on training, virtual reality simulator training, virtual classroom management for web-based courses. The CA will be expected to travel in the field, interacting with reps to understand best practices; as so to replicate broadly thru training events on a global scale.
