The Manager of Program and Pathways Development will lead the development of new programs and improvement of existing programs to address market access barriers, improve patient engagement, and increase provider pathway efficiency. This leader will interface closely with internal Abbott functions including legal, compliance, data security, and others to ensure programs comply with the requirements of these various functions. Collection and use of metrics to drive decision making and assessment of work product and functional effectiveness will also be managed by this role.
This role will not include people management responsibilities initially, but may in the future as program scope expands and implementation team members are added.
This role will report to the Director of Programs and Operations and will have a matrixed relationship with the Enterprise Accounts, Heart Failure, and Structural Heart sales teams.
BA/BS in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, and/or Life Sciences preferred
MHA/MBA preferred
