ABBOTT LABORATORIES Manager Financial Planning & Analysis-Hematology Salary in the United States

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Hematology Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will support the strategic financial decisions by providing accurate and timely financial analysis.

Responsibilities include:

• Actual Reporting of Site and Balance Sheet
• Coordinating the site / R&D rolling LBE process
• Consolidate the site planning submissions
• Preparation of Monthly Management Reporting and KPIs
• Analysis of variances in Actual vs Plan and rolling LBEs
• Work with Commercial teams to develop targets for Sales and Product Margin
• Support Commercial Excellence teams in units forecasting
• Managing the site departmental budgets by actively monitoring the mitigation plan and ensuring that targets are met
• Support Global Commercial Operations in deal evaluation analysis, Economic Profitability reporting and funnel management
• Supporting the business case, Long Range Plan and all other ad-hoc analyses
• Consolidate, control and report the Total BU submissions to corporate

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

· MBA or CPA a plus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Position requires a results/profit-oriented individual with strong background in finance. Considerable

personal contact is required with all levels of management, requiring a high degree of human relations

skills as well as effective oral and written communications.

· Incumbent should be able to work under pressure, consistently meet deadlines and direct activities on

several projects at one time

· 5+ years of progressive financial experience

· 3+ years of experience supporting Commercial/Operations groups
