Responsible for processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll, updating Kronos timecards to ensure proper payment to employees, monitor and reply to Kronos and payroll related emails via shared mailbox, and maintaining accurate payroll records. This individual will be required to maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide support for inbound employee and manager Kronos related inquiries
• Provide support for inbound employee payroll related inquiries from the HR Service Center via Salesforce
• Provide customer service including resolution of routine and complex payroll related inquiries from internal Abbott to external vendors
• Execute against established timelines and priorities
• Comply with established payroll policies and HR policies and procedures
• Demonstrate an ability to resolve issues within the scope of their daily assignment and work in a team environment
• Maintain complete and accurate information as required by internal and external auditors
• Individual must be able to work well under stringent time parameters
• Individual will have no supervisory or management responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Kronos timekeeping experience strongly preferred
• Possess a minimum experience level of three years or more working for a medium to large corporation
• Certified Payroll Professional preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in Kronos, Microsoft Office products, including Word, and Excel
