Position Summary:
Provides project leadership and strategy for the Project Management (PM) function. Planning and execution of projects in support of Research and Development (R&D) and business objectives or work in a highly cross-functional internal environment. Support product development design, implementation, and drive overall project plans. Responsible for planning, communicating, coordinating, prioritizing and measuring the overall activities, effectiveness, and productivity of the product development and/or PM function. Assist management with resource planning, utilization, and justification of business resources. Manage highly complex projects, or a combination of projects, or a project portfolio, or manage the work of clinical project managers (CPM’s) and Clinical Research Associates (CRA’s).
