Primary Job Function:
The Product Manager, Product Manager, Always On, Alinity supports the development and management of a successful; sustainable franchise; ensuring it delivers real value for customers and achieves business targets. Acts as a subject matter expert on our products/solutions; and manages the product area day to day; in line with the plan and in collaboration with area teams. Proactively identifies new opportunities to grow and differentiate the franchise; and collaborates across the organization to effectively develop and launch new products and solutions on time and on budget.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system. Proactively manages all aspects of the product line; evolving to stay ahead of the market and keep relevant to all target and local insights Has knowledge of the products/solutions and acts as a subject matter expert; identifying and resolving potential issues; providing detailed product support Confidently builds business cases for new ideas and sells ideas internally; working closely with areas Drives the development of launch plans; ensuring they are relevant; realist and robust Engages and influences areas; R&D; regulatory etc.. to set and meet launch timings; budgets and approaches Supports area teams to deliver the franchise goals. Closely tracks and takes responsibility for the impact of launches and adapts where required - identifying risks and development mitigation plans.
Position Accountability:
Achievement of franchise revenue and margin objectives over the long term. Achievement of franchise market share; NPS and brand health objectives over the long-term Achievement of successful launches on time and on budget; achieving agreed KPIs
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum Experience:
Total business experience of 5 years 2 years of commercial experience
