The Product Manager - Digital Marketing will take a significant role in the development and execution of best-in-class HCP marketing plans inclusive of brand strategies utilizing deep marketing insights to drive innovative, breakthrough HCP Marketing campaigns in the Glucose Monitoring market. 

Position Summary:

  • Works collaboratively as part of the US Commercial team to achieve US product line sales and margin by supporting HCP marketing initiatives and driving execution of sales and marketing plans, tracking actuals vs. target and monitoring the progress of these marketing initiatives  
  • Assists in constructing the strategy and marketing plans to optimize personal and non-personal promotion.
  • s marketing tactics and assets (literature, brochures, website, and all media), training materials, and customer communications. Comprehends channel marketing efforts and requirements in managing development of promotional media.
  • Builds relationships with key customers, thought leaders, trade associations, and industry players to facilitate sales and increase positive visibility and adoption of Abbott products. 
  • Works with Finance, Marketing Manager, Directors and Regional Managers to provide business analysis and support development of PLAN, Update, and LBEs.  Uses appropriate data to measure effectiveness of a particular marketing initiative. Assists with budget management for ADC product line, to ensure budget is maximized to have the greatest impact.
  • Organizes and facilitates national marketing meetings. Works with a broad array of internal and external groups to assure that marketing goals are achieved. Develops and presents product information and training to sales force and key customers. Creates all brand promotional activities within global brand guidelines. Follows up closely on projects in collaboration with others. Negotiates and prepares contracts for support/service.
  • Provides leadership by representing the customer and driving products to market.  Works closely with Sales and field management to develop and execute product marketing strategies. Manage all US brand promotional activities within corporate and industry guidelines for ethics and compliance

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree with at least 4-6 years related experience, with at least one yr experience in marketing or product management, or MBA with 1-3 yrs related experience.  Product management experience in medical products or services preferred. Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking and analysis of market conditions.
