Our Biowearables business is an innovative and exciting new venture investigating and commercialising novel technologies and biomarkers that will give people new insights into their health, physical and mental performance. We recently announced our new Lingo category of biowearables, which allow consumers to track in real-time key signals in the body such as glucose, ketones and lactate. Lingo biowearables help people understand what their body is telling them and how they can translate these insights into meaningful action so that they can lead a healthier life.

An opportunity now exists at our Alameda headquarters to join the Lingo product team as a Product Manager who is responsible for developing new consumer mobile applications and services that expand and enhance the capabilities of the Lingo platform and product portfolio.
What You’ll Work On
Define and advance the strategy and roadmap for Lingo consumer products, including connected biosensors, mobile apps and cloud-based services
Identify and prioritize unmet user needs, and translate them into product requirements
Collaborate with product designers to define and realize the total user experience
Plan and execute formative design research and usability testing
Collaborate with software engineering to implement and test new features and/or products
Lead development of product education and /or promotional content in collaboration with marketing
Serve as the Product Owner on Agile development teams
Train internal stakeholders on new features and/or products
Provide on-market product support to global commercial operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 4 years experience or MBA with at least 2 years of related experience
Strong presentation and communication skills, proactive and resourceful with a “can do” attitude
Innovative and able to think open, broadly and strategically
Strong analytical skills able to draw conclusions from data, management information and trends
Enjoys responding quickly and influencing people to deliver
Sound time management skills, ensuring that work is produced to agreed deadlines and high standards
Highly organized, focused and committed to achieving goals
Thrives under pressure with tight deadlines on several initiatives simultaneously
Understanding of delivering digital products in a regulated environment
Ability to lead/manage program budgets monthly, create and manage purchase orders and scope of work documents with procurement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating engaging consumer focused mobile apps and digital products that help users translate data and insights into meaningful actio
Experience with creating and integrating content into products to motivate and educate users
Experience with hardware and software combination products
Track record of success serving as a Product Owner in an Agile development environment
