As the Specialist Talent Management Operations, reporting to the Director Talent Management Operations, you will take care of data management, creation, maintenance of records and privacy.  You will be responsible for ensuring effective executive level reports and functional design document creation and testing in Workday. You will establish, build and maintain strong relationships with different HR partners (HRTS team, BHR colleagues, C&B) and across the Talent Development organization.

Core Responsibilities:

• Review data in executive level reports - verifies content, knows when to ask questions and can drive open items to resolution in alignment with set deliverable deadlines
• Create and maintain Talent Management Reports to help evaluate succession plan depth, talent movement and other key metrics (successors, trends, gaps, diversity, etc.)
• Track all Grade 21+ movements in the organization and update Top 300 role tracking and talent profiles
• Identify employees who need profile updates and assist with profile completion
• Responsible for Data Clean Up and Mapping; collect requests from Talent Management team during Executive Talent Management Review season
• Partner with HRTS on process enhancements and associated documentation (FDD, CDD); participate in system testing as required
• Review Employees Security access requests and provide recommendations on security to provision/update workday; routes recommendations through appropriate channels after research complete
• Maintain budget records and process payment related requests. Assist in the preparation of budget related materials and updates
• Prepare and maintain confidential executive materials and meeting production schedules; plan and execute meeting logistics

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 2-4 years of HR, senior administrative, customer service or coordinator experience required
• Familiar with the HR function, specifically, talent management practices preferred
• Exceptional time management skills
• Strong cross-functional project management skills
• Advanced Excel and MS Word
• Ability to analyze large sets of data and find trends and surface insights
