This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Transfusion Medicine organization at the launch of a new platform in the U.S. while supporting existing accounts abroad. The team, located across three sites in the US and Europe is instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction by expeditiously conducting complaint investigations related to customer issues. Responsibilities encompass the entire life cycle of the customer complaint from receipt to written customer reply. Interactions expand beyond the team including field service personnel, technical support, commercial, software, hardware, and others. Additional responsibilities may include tracking and trending of complaint data, audit support and attendance and participation in site reviews.
