Responsible for the management of consolidation, reporting and most relevant analysis and action mobilization for Actuals, Plan and rLBEs cycles. This position supports LatAm leadership team to deliver on challenging goals, assisting Area with performance management including key metrics definition and monitoring, and proactively highlights potential risks/opportunities. Direct support to affiliates organization as a sounded Area finance partner, including Projects Management. Responsible for the understanding of market dynamics and metrics and implications anticipation. Solid communication skills are needed as this role interacts not only with Area Management but also with ANI Senior Management
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
BS, Master or CPA preferred
Major Field of Study
Finance, Accounting or Business related major
Experience/Background
5 + years - Progressive Finance or Accounting career development. Experience in an affiliate, supporting a Commercial or International organization is a plus
Technical Skills: Excel and Financial planning is a must.
Ideal Financial systems knowledge: Host Analytics, HFM/CCI, SAP
Spanish/Portuguese is a plus
Analytical Thinking:Ability to define the right reports, analyze data and communicate outcome – recommendations
Communication: Decks preparation for senior leadership discussions. Ability to communicate complex matters in a very simple way. Processes definition and communication.
