Primary Job Role: Serve as clerical support for the Consumer Lending Department.

Functions and Responsibilities: 

• Answer phone and direct callers to the appropriate person.
• Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail, and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.).
• Utilize office equipment for word processing, spreadsheet creation, department reports, etc.
• Monitor stock of office supplies, and report when there are shortages.
• Disburse all equity loans and prepare loan files for imaging.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Basic Requirements:

• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, pay close attention to detail, and work productively in a team environment.

Experience: Six months of similar or related experience. 

Education: A high school diploma or GED.
