AVER, LLC Business Process Analyst Salary in the United States

Position Description:

AVER, is seeking a Business Process Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert and provide IT Technical and Business Process Re-Engineering Support that includes assisting with the following.

Responsibilities Include:

• Reengineer business process and implement via SharePoint site libraries, document libraries, calendars, WebParts, permissions and other Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) collaboration capabilities.
• Provide strategic planning to ensure prompt resolution of day-to-day SharePoint issues.
• Assist all program office administrators to establish business rules that comply with their unique requirements.
• Gather and analyze site enhancement requests from users, and implement resolutions in compliance with SharePoint standards.
• Perform data analysis across a variety of oversight elements and document results.
• Manage user accounts and web site access.
• Work with government personnel to identify data sources and methods for data input, business rules for processing the data, and types and frequency of reports needed.
• Develop, implement, and maintain performance metrics on a monthly basis.
• Assist with data calls reporting requirements on an as needed basis.
• Familiarity with PowerBI, advanced MS Excel functionality, and other database tools (SQL, MS Access)

Education Requirement:

Bachelors of Science / Art

Experience Requirement:

• 5-7 years of Business Process experience
• 1-2 years of Sharepoint experience
• Federal experience is a MUST

• Must be able to obtain a public trust
