Who We Need:

Cardinal Financial is seeking a passionate and driven IT Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill permanent Information Technology roles. Within this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing a best-in-class recruitment process for exceptional talent in highly specialized roles within a competitive market. Many of these positions will be recruited to work within or around our SaaS enterprise mortgage lending platform, a complex system that includes lender and borrower interfaces, workflow, document management, advanced automation, and integrations with external entities and services. 

What You Will Do: 

  • Cultivate a network of relationships inside and outside the organization within the Information Technology space.
  • Implement and develop strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
  • Effectively communicate with candidates, peers and management to create a productive environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong level of ownership with a team-oriented mindset and possesses an internal drive to succeed.
  • Stays abreast of leading industry trends in both the Recruiting and Technology space.
  • Manage and maintain our ATS while sharing regular updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage external postings to generate viable candidates who meet job qualifications and cultural standards.
  • Evaluate, screen and sell prospective candidates on company culture and role fit.
  • Nurture relationships and keep potential candidates warm and up-to-speed for future opportunities, both externally and internally.
  • Analyze, anticipate, and be held accountable for hiring needs for various types of Information Technology roles including but not limited to skillsets such as Java,.Net, Database, SQL, JavaScript, Object-Oriented programming languages, JQuery, Python, Data Warehouse Design & Implementation, AWS.  

What You Need:

  • At least 1+ year of progressive full life-cycle recruiting.
  • Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end recruitment life cycle processes.
  • Experience with recruiting in a fast-paced environment with the ability to carry a heavy requisition load.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with others implementing HR process strategies and programs.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM. Taleo preferred but not required.
  • Experience sourcing LinkedIn as well as other niche employee/hiring oriented services such as Stack Overflow, Hacker News, Github, Indeed as well as professional networks and events.
  • Experience and experience with web-based tech tools such as ticketing systems or task management tools.
  • Experience with Google Suite products, including Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Slides, etc.
