Role Overview:

CrossBorder Solutions, one of the fastest growing, pre-IPO SaaS companies in the world, is hiring an Associate Editor to recruit and manage tax expert authors from around the world. The Associate Editor will help identify top stories each day involving international tax, transfer pricing, R&D tax credit, and other tax areas, manage social media, and perform other editorial tasks. We are headquartered in Tarrytown, NY and has offices in New York City, London and Rosario (Argentina). This position can be remote.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and manage tax expert authors from around the world
• Assign new developments involving international tax, transfer pricing, R&D tax credit to outside authors
• Oversee outside author payments and contracts
• Manage social media platforms
• Assist with other publishing tasks
• Contribute articles on tax and general interest topics
• Contribute to product development as needed

What You Will Need to Succeed:

• B.A. degree in English, Journalism, or equivalent experience required
• One year of tax, business, or legal writing experience preferred
• Ability to work well under daily deadline, adjust quickly to changing priorities, and support emerging projects
• Knowledge of taxation preferred
• Good computer skills, including M.S. Word and ability to learn new technologies, knowledge of WordPress a plus
