We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to work in our head office in Gallatin Gateway.
Job Summary
The Office Manager performs clerical, secretarial and administrative work including answering telephones, welcoming showroom clients, providing customer and sales assistance, data processing and record-keeping. In addition they will be required to handle our accounts receivable calls.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday; 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; 40 hours per week.
Travel
Travel is primarily local, up to 1 hour driving distance during the business day may be expected. Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record, per insurance eligibility requirements.
