FACILITY SOLUTIONS GROUP Accounts Payable Representative Salary in the United States

Description

• Checks and approves all vouchers for payment.
• Also prepares invoice deduction notices, as necessary.
• Prepares and sets up vendor accounts
• Answers all vendor inquiries in an established timeframe
• Analyzes vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted.
• Prepares accounts payable checks.
• Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
• Assists in monthly closings.
• Assists with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary​

Qualifications

• Minimum of High school and/or Associate's degree or equivalent a plus.
• Six months to one year related work experience and/or training.
• 2-3 years experience in data entry
• Knowledge or experience with OCR systems
• Must work at an intermediate level of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Accounting skills preferred but not required
• MUST be able to pass a drug and background screen.
• MUST be able to report to work at FSG Corporate offices 7:30am - 4:30pm; overtime hours expected
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask while staying organized
• Self-Motivated
• A team player who understands the impact their role has one the team's success
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment focused on improving processes.
• Experience in lighting and electrical a plus!
