GOTENNA Product Strategist Salary in the United States

About the Role

The goTenna Product team is seeking a professional Product Strategist to develop and grow our professional situational awareness product ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a track record in launching enterprise software platforms with a focus on SaaS, and the public sector. This is a role with strong focus on strategy as well as developing key partnerships to help execute our vision.

Key Activities

• Create and evangelize high-level strategic roadmap for goTenna’s situational awareness software toolset
• Develop and validate business model for SaaS offering
• Develop and cultivate relationships with key tech and industry partners
• Expand goTenna’s industry presence and engage with relevant industry leaders
• Define and lead market research efforts
• Develop and manage customer profiles

• Engage with internal and external PR and Marketing teams to drive exposure and develop marketing content
• Engage with regulatory agencies to understand and impact rule change
• Fuse software strategy with hardware roadmap to ensure aligned product offering and business model

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working in Software Development as a product manager or strategist
• 4+ years working on a SaaS products
• Strong experience in launching web products. Experience with iOS and Android apps is a plus
• Experience with integrated software and hardware offerings, particularly related to wireless communication
• Experience conducting market, competition, and technical research
• Professional Communication skills: project specifications, documentation, presentations, etc
• Experience with products targeted to Public-Sector, Government, or Military

• Working knowledge of software encryption and security best practices
• Military, Public Safety, or First Responder Experience
• Experience working with hardware integrations
• Development/coding experience
