The Instructional Designer is responsible for creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and knowledge transfer. This position will manage all phases of the learning activity lifecycle from needs assessment to implementation and evaluation. Plans, coordinates, executes, and analyzes learning materials with particular attention to a successful end user experience. Maintains knowledge of current trends and technological tools to guide the development and modification of learning activities.
