Job Description: Your job is to keep our office humming like a well-oiled machine. OpenSesame is a fast-growing company and as it evolves, so do the People team’s responsibilities. Your role includes answering phones, ordering catering, managing calendars, arranging meetings, sending customer gifts and more. Once we are back in person, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-supplied office where people love to come to work. You know you are successful by the smiles on the faces of your co-workers and by grateful emails from our customers and partners.
Along with managing the day-to-day needs of the office, you’ll work closely with just about every department in the company from Sales to Strategic Partnerships to Executives / Founders. Whether you're working with Marketing to organize our annual conference or coordinating off-site meetings for our executive team, each day will provide new opportunities.
There will always be opportunities to take on new projects and you should always be looking for ways to improve the office and experiences of those around you. If you have a great idea, speak up, and we can work together to bring your ideas to fruition.
